Tandoori  Entrees 

The tandoor is a clay oven used for centuries in India.  Tandoori breads are baked on the clay walls and meats are grilled shish-ka-bob style inside the oven.  Tandoori entrees are sizzling platters of marinated meat garnished with onions, green  peppers, spinach, carrots, tomatoes and cilantro.   The marinade is a homemade yogurt with mild spices.  Curry sauce and Basmati rice are served on the side.  Tandoori entrees are great for kids to share and for that grandparent or uncle who just wants a steak please!  Tandoori platters make an excellent appetizer for those not in a rush.  All tandooris may be ordered mild, medium, hot, chef's challenge or as hot as possible.
